FFF Friday Report....

I enjoyed reading the reports for the first 'get fit' week. Looks like we are all making strides to wellness, and I know that it is easier with a wonderful cheering section!
My goals...
Weight Loss....I did lose 1 pound this week, I am pleased with that, since in weight loss slow and steady wins the race.
Walking 5 hours a week...I did meet that goal and a bit more, part of it was walking at the track....4 times 50 minutes each time...and as M reminds me every time...I put a 'wriggle' in it!
No sitting binges....I did great with this one....had some short binges during the evening, but was up every hour walking very quickly around the house for 10 minutes...added to my circuit walking, there were days I actually walked 80/90 minutes...and it does feel to get up and get some movement going.
Declutter...did not do as well on this one...I have been de-cluttering for a while now....but was hoping to go through a whole closet...where I believe the kids still have stuff hanging ....and did not get to that...next week for sure!

So thank you again Fondles for getting us organized.  And..if anyone is interested in intermittent fasting, Fondles has done some research for us and has links in her post for today.  I found them interesting with some great information.

On to week number 2!!!

  2. Great job Abby. Bet you would have gotten to that closet but you bumped up the walking instead. Not a bad choice. Keep up the good work. I'm cheering for you.

  3. Well done Abby on the weight lose. I love your quote of slow and steady wins the race. You have been energetic with all that walking and putting your wriggle into it. Cheering you from the side lines.

  4. Hey, good for you! My friend has been successfully doing intermittent fasting for a while now. He lost 5 pounds and said it was actually easy. He just started Keto, and love it too.

    Best of luck de-cluttering!

  5. Congrats on the pound! It's hard work, but so easy to put on. All that walking too. I think I should add a step goal to my list!

I've found such a change in being productive since I've decided to take a step back from Facebook - that was my major time suck there.

Decluttering is hard. Sometimes I don't even do a whole area, just part. Like okay, I'll do 5 items. Only 5 today.

  14. I am very late to the party, Abby. Caught a bug that kept me down for a bit. I did exercise this morning, though.

Good for you! You worked very hard last week, girl. At night, I have a core ball that I pull out if the tv is on.

Slow and steady made me think of some of M's maintenance spankings.

  15. Great job, Abby! :) Super on the weight loss! Love that you do something every hour around the house as well. You GO girl!!!

Late to the party. I need to work on getting more exercise in these days. Weaving is mostly about sitting. Also trying to drink more water. Even though I reorganized when we downsized a couple of years ago, I'm certain that I can do more. Sounds like you are doing great! Many hugs,

    <3 Katie
